Although every attempt will be made to maintain prices the company reserves the right to increase list prices subject to supplier’s price increases or change of supplier to maintain an efficient service. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, DAMAGE OR NON RECEIPT
Shortage claims should be reported within seven days of delivery or seven days of invoice date for non-receipt of goods otherwise claims cannot be accepted. Due to a change in carrier’s insurance terms and conditions; damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged at the time of delivery, and Spentex BCA Ltd must be notified within 24 hours. The parcel must be retained for inspection. Otherwise claims for damage in transit may be void.

RETURN OF GOODS
The company must be notified before any goods are returned. Where the company is not at fault, there is a 10% shelving fee up to a maximum of £30 for returning goods, to cover the cost of carriage and handling. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of items specially made, for an individual customer’s requirements, unless of course they are faulty.

PURCHASES BY INDIVIDUALS
We are often asked if we can supply our items to individuals such as NHS, and Local Government staff. We are quite happy to do this at the same prices as shown in the catalogue, but we cannot offer account facilities. Payment by debit or credit card only please.
