Spentex Returns Policy

All requests for return of products must be authorised by our Customer Care department prior to returning goods. Please contact us on:

01977 680697 or email us at  sales@spentex.co.uk to initiate the return process.

Once the return has been approved by our Customer Care team, please read below for instructions on preparing to return an item.

Preparing to return an item.

Carefully repack all items in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Items not received in new re-saleable condition cannot be credited.

Reference your return authorisation number.

Post returns prepaid (if THE MERCHANT or our carrier is at fault,  reasonable postage costs which must be agreed with THE MERCHANT prior to being returned, will be reimbursed by THE MERCHANT) via an insurable traceable carrier such as Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx to:

Special order items.

Special order items cannot be returned unless faulty, and if a fault is found, a replacement will be issued. If you are unsure about any items, please ask any questions at the point of ordering.

Reporting a short delivery.

Please inspect all items carefully. In order for a credit to be issued, shortages must be reported within two (2) days of receipt.

Damaged parcels.

Please inspect all items carefully. Do not sign for item I good condition, instead sign for as damaged or uninspected, or if in doubt refuse the item(s).   In order for a credit to be issued, damaged parcels must be reported within one (1) days of receipt, packaging and contents must be retained for possible inspection by THE MERCHANT and/or carrier.
